“Lovely flowers lots of choice, a range off prices to suit all”

“I ordered this bouquet in plenty of time several days before but it was delivered half way through the next day. This spoiled the birthday surprise, I know it’s royal mail at fault but I received an email from you reporting it was out for delivery first thing on the day before.”

Hi Ann, Thank you. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee our Free delivery orders, postal deliveries have a 93% chance of arriving on the date requested or a small chance of being delivered the next working day. There is an option if deliveries need to be on a specific day of choosing a courier delivery for an extra £3.99. Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback. Regards Sue

“I understand all business are having delivery problems currently, but my order was for delivery on 31st August, but didn't arrive until 3 September. Not a major issue, but after my initial email saying my order was on its way, no my contact was received by myself from Flying Flowers until this review request, which is not the normal standards, however I have put this down to general staffing issues across the country”
