“Once again very good service .but let down by royal mail . I ordered letter box flowers in case my friend was out . She came home the next day to find they had taken them back to the depot with out trying to post them in letter box photographs evidence .Still unable to collect flowers as road closed by a serious accident”

“I sent my friend a scented bouquet, with the hyacinths in, and was delivered the next day. she said they were "absolutely beautiful" A nice gesture that you offer free chocolates, it makes the gift of flowers extra special.”
