“The hamper was very well received thank you, but the flowers arrived the next day after the recipient's birthday by post and I don't believe they were Grade A flowers or looked anything like the picture in the catalogue. Also a lot of cut blooms at the bottom. Also the whole point of sending the flowers and the hamper on the 11th was for my friend's birthday. I had ordered well in time for the free delivery as you will see from my date of order. This is not the first time that I have been disappointed with your company, so I am afraid that I won't be using you again. You must admit that I spent a lot of money altogether for the two items. “Although the flowers were reasonably priced the website I clearly misleading to how the bouquet looks, couple of the flowers were already dying after 2/3 days when they should be guaranteed for 5 days, if I could post pictures of what my wife received and what the website advertised you’d be amazed”

“The flowers were for a friend who has just come out of hospital after an operation. They arrived on the designated date and were extremely nice and cheered her up immensely. I did not expect anything less from flying flowers and is always the first and last website I go to.”
