“Flowers were lovely, but order came with a vase, due to poor packaging, single layer of bubble wrap, nothing on the inside of the vase to help prevent breakage and the box was too large so it was inevitable that it was never going to arrive in one piece, it was completely smashed upon delivery, very dangerous to open with shards of glass everywhere. Customer service were very quick to respond with a solution. Unless packaging is improved, I unfortunately would not order again.”

“Lovely flowers but v small quantity, definitely much much smaller than shown on website and first stems needed chucking out after 3 days. Only 2 stems left after a week. Would not order again.”
