“After a mix up with delivery address, which was my fault, Flying Flowers offered a full refund which I received immediately. The reorder was delivered on time and put a smile on the recipient's face. Can't fault the service.”

“I ordered these for a cousin who was very ill.....infact she died 3 days after this delivery was due.....I mistakenly put the wrong number of the house and they were refused by the house owner. ( verified by another relation] The post office would therefore have returned the flowers and chocolates to flying flowers surely......yet I as not contacted.....hat a waste of money!”
