“Really disappointed with the flowers that were delivered to my friend for her birthday. She reported that some of the stems were dead and others were not much better when they arrived. The roses were the only flowers of quality.”

“Over the years,but not very recently, I have used your service on many occasions to my complete satisfaction,and also to my recipients .Very recently I decided to return to you and once again I am completely satisfied with the service and the quality of the product. This was a special occasion being the 84th Birthday of my sister who lives alone at the other end of the Country and who has successfully survived months of a lonely `lockdown`. Thank - You.”
