“Apparently the flowers were lovely, however they arrived a day later than intended but under the current circumstances and the delivery address which is very rural was understandable but it was sort of disappointing.”

“I sent 4 people bouquets using code W 10105 from my WI magazine. The price was £24. 99 and included chocolates. The first and second arrived without chocolates and the third received chocolates but we were charged £2 extra. I am waiting for the fourth order to arrive but have discovered I have again been charged £2 extra. So I am not impressed with your service.”
