“My friend was pleased with her flowers and she sent me a picture.They did look nice. I was a bit disappointed they did not arrive on my chosen day but came the day after. It was for a 70th Birthday”

“The flowers arrived on the correct day but unfortunately the delivery driver didn’t leave them (my friend had popped out) so she didn’t get the flowers until 3 days later. I know it wasn’t your fault but I thought they would have left them safely in her back garden”

“I sent four bouquets to different people and one of them did not reach its destination on the same day as the other three (so it arrived after the date that I wanted it to which was disappointing). On the plus side, the bouquet was absolutely beautiful”

“I sent them to my Sons Mother in law after her fall and broken wrist. They live 40 miles from me so I didn’t see them, but my Son said Lynn was pleased with them. He said they were pretty and still a few were to bloom. So yes, thank you, I was pleased. Will use you again if I need to.”

“The flowers were really lovely. BUT, they arrived a day later than the date I had requested. Therefore the lady they were for did not have receive them on her 80th Birthday Monday June 1st. Which was very disappointing.”

“I wasn't sure if the flowers I ordered arrived as didn't get a conformation email. If they did then all is well but I would have liked to know as didn't hear from recipient. Hopefully the bunch sent to Stoke turned out well..”
