“For some years, only 1 occasion has caused me disappointment, last year. This year, orders have been excellent, except, an order I placed over 2 weeks ago, for delivery on 16/5, has received no confirmation of dispatch, nor delivery. Last year's disappointment, was for a lady's 101 birthday - delivery came to me, wrongly. This year, delivery was in remembrance of a death. I'm now worried, again.”

“My order on 18th may disappointing to miss mclachlan box badly damaged. Flowers didn’t revive. The flowers to miss Gibson were delivered fine and a success. 22nd may.”

“I've used your company for years, and always had good service. Recently (pre CV19) I've noticed the choice, particularly at Christmas, has reduced, while the cost has risen. I understand the latter, but am not happy with the former. My most recent order was well received, and the Mothers day flowers I received were excellent and lasted for 3weeks.”

“Flowers were appreciated by recipient. Only down fall was i asked for delivery on Friday and they did not arrive until Saturday. As it was for a 70th birthday present i wanted delivery on that date”

“Yes, my friend who received them said they were very nice. Her birthday is today Monday 18th, so I had to send them on Saturday but you dont deliver on Monday. That was only thing wrong. Thank you.”
