“I ordered 3x bunches of Sweet Winter Wonder for relatives I was unable to see before Christmas. After visiting them and seeing the bunches of flowers they received I was bitterly disappointed. Although they arrived on time, the flowers were much smaller than the picture you used on your website and shockingly the flowers were already wilting after only a couple of days. This is not something I expect to happen given the high price! I have previously ordered flowers from you for the very same relatives and they have always said how wonderful the bunches have been but on this occasion, we were left feeling embarrassed with the quality of flowers they received. We have been a loyal customer of yours for many years but will now look elsewhere. Very disappointed.”
