“Ordered flowers for mums 80th Birthday. I didnt appreciate I when ordered for free delivery it wouldn't come on time for birthday. It doesn't say that you need to pay for delivery to get it on day required. Flowers came a day late.”

“My flowers didn’t arrive at my friend’s house. When I sent an email to query where they were, I was told my order had been cancelled and refunded. I explained that I didn’t want this - I wanted the flowers to be delivered asap. I received the reply that it was too late and the order had been cancelled so I would have to try again and make an new order! I will not be using this website again.”

“I have used Flying Flowers on many occasions and they have never let me down. The cut flowers always arrive with closed buds, so the recipient has the pleasure of watching them open. They are delivered on time and packaged really well so there is no damage on delivery.”
