“Ordered flowers for valentines day to be delivered. Could not believe it when they did not arrive totally ruining valentines day. After several attempts to contact the company they finally responded to my email admitting that it was their fault and would be refunding my money. On this performance I could not possibly recommend using them. Poor performance, poor response time.”

“Flying flowers must be the out and out worst company that has been my misfortune to use,if you try to contact them reference a problem you will be sadly disappointed,I have recently purchased and paid for a bouquet of 24 roses,I ordered 4 days prior to my delivery day and requested delivery on the 3 rd day,non arrival of order,when they did arrive on the day after why was I not surprised that only 18 roses were delivered and three of those were damaged,I have tried to contact someone to no avail,I suggest you avoid this company like the plague,Colin Roberts”

“Flowers were due to be delivered on Friday 10th Feb, but was delivered on Saturday 11th February, my friend said they were beautiful and she was thrilled with them.”

“Flowers arrived on time but looked very wilted when they arrived. Not packed with any wet moisture wrapping at the end of the stalks . Fortunately after a day they did perk up as they were alstroemeria’s which are quite resilient, or I would be asking for a refund.”
