“The recipient of my gift of you flowers was delighted with the quality but did point out to your company that there were 3 stems without any flowers on them. Your response was very quick with the offer of another bouquet which was much appreciated. The level of service given when the problem was pointed out was outstanding, so thank you. “Arrived on time, unpacked and the flowers looked very floppy. Although the leaflet said a pouch was attached, there wasn't. After a day 20% were thrown away, the remaining survivors are OK after 5 days. Disappointed.”
