“The delivery man sent me a picture of my Aunt's Flower's being left at her BACK DOOR HE SAID.....SHE DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO HER BACK DOOR EVER!!!! I WAS VERY CONCERNED AS TO WHERE HE HAD LEFT THEM.... I HAD TO PHONE HER TO ASK IF SHE EVER RECEIVED THEM.... I'M NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE.”
