“Boxed flowers arrived with two of eight rose heads off, which took shine off, however recipient said flowers were fresh and arrived on correct day. Shame, could have happened in transit!”

“The website very easy to navigate and choose the appropriate flowers for us to send , the bouquet arrived exactly the time promised and we were kept informed of delivery etc. But the card that arrived with flowers was strange and inappropriate for Sister-in-law having a tough time, a better card would have been appreciated. Flowers were beautiful though.”

“My first bunch arrived with dead white roses and snapped heads. There was no hydration pack and DPD had delayed its delivery by a day. Flying flowers sent a replacement bunch with full apologies and they arrived in perfect condition”

“Flying Flowers deliveries always cheer up the recipients. One of my orders couldn't be delivered due to a friend's death. They were kind enough to let me know what had happened and gave me a refund. I was very grateful. I wish there were more companies with such excellent Customer Service.”
