“I replied to your email dated 23 June offering sunflowers for £25 with a reduction of £5 using code SUN5. The computer would not allow this so I asked for help to process the order No reply. Then I received another email offering the same flowers for £26. This time I bought them but costing more money than the original £20 a bunch. Having said that, both my daughters were delighted to receive the sunflowers.”

“I ordered a plant for my mum's birthday on Thursday from Australia and it was delivered the next day before lunch and on her actual birthday, I did not expect such quick service. Cannot fault my experience, and my mum is more than happy with the rose plant she received.”
