“Flowers were beautiful when they arrived. Unfortunately it was 24 hours after I’d hoped, but free delivery does state that it could be 24/48 hours later than requested so I have no real complaints.”

“Efficient service and next day delivery but unfortunately some of the flower heads were mouldy and needed removing before putting in water. Something I wouldn't expect from such a fast service.”

“The flowers arrived the next day after the requested day at 5pm. They were very dry. They were revived by my daughter & they survived. Free delivery was on offer as were the extra flowers & free chocolates. I sent a complaint to Flying Flowers & was given a refund. I suggested that free delivery is not worth offering as it is so important to ensure any flower order arrives on the date requested & it is too risky to hope that they will arrive on time when the company says most bunches will arrive when requested but to allow 2 working days for receipt.”

“My flowers for my friends special birthday arrived a day late and looked like they were dead. But I have to say I complained and got a refund and the flowers by the 2nd day had perked right up But still disappointed for my friend to have to receive flowers in that condition”

“My auntie called to tell me the flowers were beautiful and in bud. She said they were plentiful too. They arrived on the correct day too. Great service, I’ve used Flying Flowers for the last 17 years and never had a complaint with them!”
