“The peonies looked very sad and dry There was no wrapping or moisture to stop the flowers drying out. The leaves are very shrivelled and dry.”

“I have not used Flying Flowers for a few years now. I decided I would place an order for a friend's birthday as had heard quite good reports and there was a bouquet with sunflowers in, which are my friend's favourite flower. I ordered the flowers on a Friday for the following day's delivery, and received a notification of despatch, but there did not seem any way on the website to track the order. I heard nothing from my friend so on the following Tuesday contacted Flying Flowers to check whether a delivery had been made and apparently it had not. I have received an email saying that I have been sent a refund. Sadly that has coloured my view of the reliability of FF and not sure I can trust them again.”

“Ordered flowers on Sunday standard delivery so wasn't expecting next day. However I received an email saying they had been delivered and left in the mail room??? They were never received so not great. I did get a full refund though”
