“I have used FF for at least 25 years. Living abroad it's a great way for me to send gifts and flowers to friends and family in the UK. I've only once had a problem and that was resolved with one phone call :) I've always had excellent service from FF. No complaints at all :)”

“Terrible. Customer care is non existent. I ordered some flowers to be delivered on a certain day, 40 minutes after ordering I sent an email requesting that they be delivered on an alternate date as the recipient was going to be away. I was told no as they had already been dispatched??? They did not arrive on the date specified anyway, but 2 days later so £35 wasted. I tried to raise it with the online “help” live chat to be closed down before I had a chance to respond. I will never use this company again.”

“Many years ago (I guess getting on for 30) when sending flowers was unheard of I saw a tiny advert in the personal sales column of the Yorkshire Evening Post for sending flowers by post. FLYING FLOWERS. I gave it a try (for my mother in law on Mothers' Day} giving her great pleasure - and something to boast about! I must have been one of your first customers.”

“The flowers are lovely but arrived a day late despite me getting an email on the morning of arranged delivery to say they were out for delivery. My mum got them the day after in the aft which I think is a shame”

“These flowers arrived in a huge box which my Mum opened to find a limp bouquet cowering in the corner. The flowers have been revived ( fortunately my Mum is very green fingered) and she is pleased with how they look now. However their condition on delivery was poor and not what you want to receive as a gift - flowers in need of emergency resuscitation!”
