“Ordered flowers on Sunday standard delivery so wasn't expecting next day. However I received an email saying they had been delivered and left in the mail room??? They were never received so not great. I did get a full refund though”

“I have used FF for at least 25 years. Living abroad it's a great way for me to send gifts and flowers to friends and family in the UK. I've only once had a problem and that was resolved with one phone call :) I've always had excellent service from FF. No complaints at all :)”

“Terrible. Customer care is non existent. I ordered some flowers to be delivered on a certain day, 40 minutes after ordering I sent an email requesting that they be delivered on an alternate date as the recipient was going to be away. I was told no as they had already been dispatched??? They did not arrive on the date specified anyway, but 2 days later so £35 wasted. I tried to raise it with the online “help” live chat to be closed down before I had a chance to respond. I will never use this company again.”

“Many years ago (I guess getting on for 30) when sending flowers was unheard of I saw a tiny advert in the personal sales column of the Yorkshire Evening Post for sending flowers by post. FLYING FLOWERS. I gave it a try (for my mother in law on Mothers' Day} giving her great pleasure - and something to boast about! I must have been one of your first customers.”
