“Sad to say the flowers did not arrive on my friend's BIRTHDAY. I contacted you on "chat line" and the only information you could offer was "would you like me to cancel your order." NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!”

“I sent an email to say how disappointed I am with the flowers that were sent to my daughter in law. I saw them just a few days after and the roses looked very sad.”

“The one's I ordered arrived on time but in the pictures it snowed them just coming in to flowing but these were over flowers it looked like they had shot of before they flowered”

“The flowers from you that I sent with delivery paid arrived the next day! My sister also sent some with a different company AND PAID for next day delivery .... BUT they couldn't deliver till the day afterwards !!!! so well done Flying Flowers you have never let me down.”

“I sent flowers to two different people within a week using Flying Flowers. The first order arrived a day later than asked for but as they didn't need to arrive on a particular day that was ok. The second order arrived on the day I requested. Both recipients were delighted with the flowers and they did look lovely. I have used Flying Flowers in the past and have always found them reliable and the flowers beautiful.”

“They could have looked really lovely and had a great smell. My feedback would that the roses were in bud but already papery. They just dried as they were despite food and water. Disappointed. We will go with Bloom and Wild next time”

“The flowers lovely and the customer service is always excellent. Unfortunately despite paying the extra charge delivery was not so good as not delivered on day required which spoilt the surprise as I had to ask if they had been received. Flying Flowers refund the delivery charge and 50% of the cost and the money was back in my account the next day. Will probably use them again bit not for time critical gifts”

“I have had flowers from your selves for many years and with no problem. However, the flowers I sent for my daughter's birthday the past weekend arrived looking very sad and droopy and a great disappointment to us both. This is the first time I have been let down and feel very sad it has happened, especially after recommending your company to many friends and family. Regards Tricia.”

“The flowers that I sent to my sister were beautiful after they had been in water overnight. They were delivered in the evening and had obviously been in a van all day - I had a message that they were out for delivery in the morning. The box was rather crumpled which has not happened with any of my previous orders. Also they were delivered at 7:30 pm which was rather late for my elderly sister who had already locked up the house and was wary of answering the door when it was dark.”
