“I ordered a delivery on Mothers Day, a Sunday, so was prepared for a potential late delivery. Flying Flowers delivered and my mum said the flowers were excellent. Thanks for doing what you said you would do, quality flowers delivered on schedule.”

“Normally a 5star review but this time reduced because after ordering my mum was admitted to hospital, so I emailed 6 days before the delivery date to request change of delivery address to my address as no one at mum's to accept delivery. Flowers still delivered to mum's address, they were quite wilted by time my sister found them, they have revived some now but I'm disappointed my request to change delivery address not actioned as I don't live close by mum, hence delay in finding flowers at her house, we were going straight to hospital to visit her there not her house.”

“I placed 2 orders for Mother’s Day. Neither order arrived on time. My mother in laws arrived one day late and contained dead flowers. My mums still hasn’t arrived 3 days later. I have been told I will be refunded for both but that doesn’t fix the disappointment and upset caused”

“Lovely selection of flowers at a range of prices, which were delivered on the requested date for Mother’s Day. Particularly pleased that they were able to deliver to Northern Ireland, as it’s currently pretty difficult to find companies who can/will. Definitely recommend and will use again.”

“Flowers were for Mothers Day and were delivered in a completely disheveled state with the box being held together with bits of sellotape after it’s been ripped and damaged. The box was torn and broken and the flower stems broken and squashed. I had to ask for a refund when I saw the state if it. And while I was refunded that isn’t enough! My mum now has no surprise for Mothers Day as a result of sloppy practice with Flying Flowers. I’ve been in touch to ask why Flying Flowers feel that a refund is good practice when a complimentary substitute should be sent out for the recipient in addition to a full refund! No response to this email and overall poor, poor service and even worse quality of products and delivery. Hugely disappointing for my mum!!! I provided photos of the state of the package and contents- waste of money.”

“Delivery took 3 days instead of being delivered the next day. On arrival the box was a bit battered and blooms quite tired. A soak in water perked them up thankfully.”

“Website easy to use, but wouldn't get letterbox flowers again, when they arrived they were very droopy and didn't look great, in fact they looked pathetic, took a while for them to try and recover also I was expecting more than 3 chocolates a bit disappointed especially for a Mother's Day present.”
