Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. Our flowers are delivered in a box and will need watering as soon as they arrive. If they don't perk up. Please let us know and we can address this. Regards Sue

“Flowers arrived the day after booked and in a limp condition. Not very fresh. This is the first time since I've been using your service I have given a poor review. Also, I thought I ordered a smal box of chocolates not a bar of chocolate. Was not very impressed on this occasion. It was a Birthday present and feel let down by the service and chocolate.”
