“I bought two sets of flowers by post for Mothers Day. Both arrived on the Friday before, (fine and dandy). Both looked rather manky out of the box, not so great.”

“Easy to order and my order arrived on the selected day however the incorrect item was delivered. The recipient was however delighted and the flowers looked lovely and in excellent condition.”

“I ordered on a Monday for a very special occasion. Despite claims that 9 out of 10 letterbox flowers arrive the next day, if not the second day, a week later nothing! Email assistance very prompt but no tracing undertaken and no result. Terribly disappointing. Apparently refund applied and replacement sent but nothing has arrived.”
