“I have had flowers from your selves for many years and with no problem. However, the flowers I sent for my daughter's birthday the past weekend arrived looking very sad and droopy and a great disappointment to us both. This is the first time I have been let down and feel very sad it has happened, especially after recommending your company to many friends and family. Regards Tricia.”

“The flowers that I sent to my sister were beautiful after they had been in water overnight. They were delivered in the evening and had obviously been in a van all day - I had a message that they were out for delivery in the morning. The box was rather crumpled which has not happened with any of my previous orders. Also they were delivered at 7:30 pm which was rather late for my elderly sister who had already locked up the house and was wary of answering the door when it was dark.”

“The recipient told me that the flowers were nicely packaged and very fresh. She was very pleased with them. I didn’t give much notice for their delivery so was quite happy they were only a day late. I was informed that this might be so and for me this was acceptable. I will order again”
