“I never made an order, I never received an order. The only things I actually received were about 5 emails about nothing and a request for a review about a non existent transaction.”

“The flowers arrived as a surprise after her operation. She said they needed to be ‘revived’ as they arrived a bit flat and dry in the packaging. Colours are lovely and she was pleased they have scent too.”
