“Flowers did not arrive within 2 days. They were delivered on the 3rd day. I had to chase the order. They said I chose free delivery by royal mail. Apparently it is in the small print that there is a small chance the flowers will not arrive within 2 days. Not happy. The recipient was pleased with the flowers.”

“Looked a little withered and dry on receipt. The delivery guy was pushing a "left in Porch" note through the door as we opened the door. Given we don't have a porch he would have had to leave them on the path if we had not been in. The point here is he was pushing the note through the door having not rung the doorbell because we went to the door as he drove into the road. As for the flowers they picked up after a couple of days but did not match the picture.”

“Although the flowers arrived when they said they would, they weren't what was ordered ,and no free chocolates. My sister is allergic to Tulips and because they weren't what I ordered there were Tulips in the bouquet”

“Some of the plants I’ve sent my mum , all doing well . The Peace Lilly is about 5 years old and still going strong, has been repotted a few times now . The daffodils and narcissi were sent for Easter and are lovely.”
