“As a norm your flowers are really good, but this time they were poor very poor and not as shown on the web site. Rather disappointed this time. I got a full refund after sending a photo of the delivery.”

“Placed 2 orders for my sister in laws 50th birthday. They live 4 doors apart, both orders where delivered to the same house!! Not the service I paid for. Apart from that the flowers are beautiful. Will use again but maybe your courier needs to be looked into.”
