“I have been told the flowers were fresh and colours good but they arrived a day late. If I had been aware there could be a problem I would have arranged for them to arrive the day before. Better early than late!”

“This was my second order, the last one was lovely, lasted well. I received the lilac bouquet on Wednesday, put them straight into water with the food, by Thursday afternoon the stocks had wilted and drooping, dropping petals everywhere, smelt divine but looked a bit of a mess.”

“I ordered the flowers two days before the date they were needed and they were a day late. I did not find that acceptable. I was told by your company that it’s Royal mails fault. You give a calendar with the date you want them to be delivered so you aught to make sure they get there for that date you requested, otherwise state that they won’t be there on that date. I had my cousin looking in bins on his drive to see if they had put them in there. The site I usually use are always delivered on the day requested Apparently the flowers were beautiful”

“My daughter received hers, and was over the moon, she said their was everthing in the box, and the flowers were really fresh, and loads of buds on them. I spoke to her on face time and saw the flowers for myself, they were beautiful, thank you x”

“Excellent, reliable service and product. I rate it it one of the best on line flower deliveries. Only downside is that they don't send flowers to mainland Europe.”
