“I ordered a poinsettia for my friend’s birthday, this came with Lindor chocolates for an extra couple of pounds. My friend was absolutely delighted with her present. It was delivered on time and was beautifully presented. I will definitely use Flying Flowers again!”

“My mother in law sent me a photo of the flowers that where delivered and nothing like your photo only half the amount and only got a day or two life left in them”

Dear Valerie, I'm sorry you were disappointed. With the free delivery option by Royal Mail we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. There's a 90% chance it will arrive on the chosen date, but there is a small chance it will be delivered on the next working day. This is explained on our website and in our catalogues. “Have happily used this company before but this time I was disappointed. The flowers arrived a day late and my son showed me them on zoom. Nowhere near as many blooms as in the picture on the website. Didn't feel the bouquet represented value for money.”
