“Beautiful fresh flowers, delivered on time. I ordered these flowers after sending a delivery from m&S for the same value and were extremely poor so resent with yourselves and was very very pleased and will certainly use your flower delivery again. Thank you”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers by looking at the image but the flowers looked nothing like what I had ordered. I could have picked up a lesser priced bouquet from asda that looked better.”

“I sent a bowl of Tete-a-Tete Spring bulbs to my daughter's Mother-in-Law for her Birthday - l thought a bowl of Spring bulbs would make a nice change from the bouquets of flowers l usually send - they were received at about 10 am on the morning of her Birthday and she was absolutely delighted and thrilled and immediately rang me. She sent a photo to my daughter of how they looked and my daughter said how well presented they looked and all in bud - so her mother-in-law would be able to enjoy them for a good few weeks and plant the bulbs in her garden for next Spring !!!!!”

“Rather disappointed with the order, and cannot find any similar pictures in the online brochure. Run of the mill 5 carnations, two very small, 4 everlasting leaf “pad-outs”, two stems indeterminate tiny buds, and 4(only one of good size) of the usual mauve ‘daisy-type’ stems. Wilting bottom leaves. Well packed, and still cool stem protection, and arrived intact. My daughter ordered them for Mother’s Day, and I would think she had hoped for better.”

“My mum's plant envelope arrived on time and in perfect condition. We were both really pleased with it. However I was disappointed that the free chocolates were missing. If I had known they weren't going to be delivered I would have added some to the order. This would have made a nice gift into a really lovely gift.”
