“Website good, service good, but the flowers sent to at least one of our friends were poor, and died the day after delivery. By the time we found out, and complained, it was too late for a replacement. Will have to decide whether this is a good way of sending gifts to friends/relatives.”

“Usually excellent, but a problem with four identical orders made this Christmas was that, despite the individual accompanying messages dictated over the telephone being read back to me, when I received the email confirmation I was concerned to see that two of my orders were recorded as 'no message'. It took ages to get back into contact to request corection, and I received no confirmation that this had, in fact, been effected.”

“I bought an orchid which is looking good. I also bought a mixed bowl of a calanchoe, peace Iily and a small, white cyclamen. The cyclamen was droopy on arrival with some mouldy leaves and buds in the centre. I've had to remove nearly all its leaves and most of the flowers and buds now despite having cared for the arrangement according to the enclosed instructions. I wont buy one again.”
