“I had flowers sent for my friend's birthday and also to cheer her up as her husband had a heartache a few weeks before, she rang me to thank me and said they were absolutely beautiful and yes they had lifted her spirits”

“Flowers were delivered on time on Saturday morning, and although they were at home but nobody heard the bell, they were taken back and left in the post office for the weekend, collected late on Monday and were still lovely when they were put into a vase. Very good flowers, but please ask the postman to ring the bell louder.”

“I have ordered from you many times, but I am disappointed this time. I ordered two bouquets from you on 4th October, one to be delivered 10th October and one to be delivered today (12th). Neither have been delivered.”
