“Ordered flowers as a gift on a Thurs for Fri delivery, unfortunately they did not show up. Waited until Sunday and as they still hadn’t showed I sent an email to Flying Flowers asking for an explanation as to what has happened and a full refund. They did reply to me within half an hour with an apology and advising I would receive a full refund, although I still didnt know what happened to my flowers. They did consequently turn up on Monday but they were not in a good way and only one or two were rescuable. I am hoping this was just a one off, and due to how they responded to my complaint I would consider using them again in the future.”

“i order some flowers for my nans 77th birthday was nothink like the picture was like a 3.99 brunch from shop was very unhappy n will not order again from u but they did refund my money back so that’s somethink”

“I needed flowers for a good friend to say happy birthday and sorry from me too. They had to be in good condition and be delivered the next day. Thats exactly how they were and delivery was on time. They were packaged in a gel solution to keep them fresh and they open up beautifully I've been told.”
