“Flowers arrived on time, but after 24 hours in water the flowers did not perk up. Disappointing as they were a gift.”

“I was shopping through a number of companies and came to you for the 'Worth', but it appears I would have been better off getting fewer flowers for the same price as the flowers that came (roses) were rather small, unlike your competitors, (the competitors site showed the type of rose) I couldn't see that with this site. It's something to improve - but the site itself was easy to navigate, just underwhelmed with the smaller roses.”

“I order some flower for 3 days ago for valentine's Day flower.My wife waited all day but didn't receive no delivery. If they couldn't order my flower they should got back to me had plenty time so I'm so angry and upset and disappointed with this company they didn't care what customers or they're feeling so quick to take the money!”

“I asked for the flowers to be delivered on a certain date, they arrived late. If you could not honour the date, you should not have accepted the order”

Hi Donna, Thank you for your review. As advised on our website, our postal deliveries have a 95% chance of arriving on the date requested or a small chance of being delivered the next working day. If your delivery is date specific and has to be there on a certain day we do have an option of courier delivery at an extra cost of £3.99. Thank you once again for your feedback. Regards Sue

“I’ve not seen the flowers as they were delivered to a friend. They were out for delivery at the correct time but delivered a day late which meant they missed her birthday and would have been without water for an additional 24 hours reducing their life.”
