“The reason that I have given this mark is that I made a mistake with the house number. When I rang two or three days before delivery to report this I was told that it would be corrected. I was not advised that it was too late to change this However I also alerted the recipient, and sure enough, they had to retrieve the parcel. I thought I had given enough notice for the address to be updated although I freely admit that the error was mine on the orignal order”

“So everyone makes a mistake,, its how it's put right that matters. I ordered a bunch for my mum, and they were just not up to scratch, I sent a polite message to the company with photos and they reimbursed me straight away, no quibble, my mum also received a replacement bunch at 7.30 the next morning.. Having confidence in a company is a big part of ordering online, especially when it's a product for an occasion.. Well done, credit where credit is due.”
