Very bad experience, i ordered gerberas with glass vase, they show very beautiful pics on site , but layer they mail you that neither gerbera neither vase is available. You have to purchase something else. So i ordered pink flowers with a sitting base bouquet. When we received flowers they wrre just moist and just taped at tbeir stems. It was not even a proper bouquet costing me Rs 1090. Worst experience, not trustworthy at all

Worst customer service I ever received. I wanted to order orchids flower to be place in a vase, table top kind and they send me in bouquets. The customer service even hang up my phone!!! That was rude. Will never support them anymore. Utterly dissapointed

Never got the gifts and the cake ordered. Customer service is useless, only thing they can help with is with buying the products as fast as possible for their commision. They didnt refund my money. Kept on sending the same repky that their courier partner is dekaying it and they cant do anything. Horrible service

Actually the rating should be WORST. It is literally broad daylight cheating, robbery or any other appropriate word that you can put. My experience is that I wanted to gift my wife blue Orchids and what I got in return was a blue painted orchids. We realized it only the next day when we wanted to shift the flowers from the FNP pack to a vase. Our hands turned blue colour and was clearly evident that we were cheated. When we went to the customer care the next day, they just closed the ticket by saying that we should have got back to them with the query within 48 hours. It cant get easier than this for FNP to close the call and they did it. So I will never ever buy any product from FNP because they dont take ownership. All those reading this review please dont take a chance.

Never delivered the cake I ordered. Kept delaying for 2 days and then never delivered it ; no refund and hung up the call with no explanation.

I ordered and paid extra for the cake to be delivered after 9pm yet it was delivered in the heat of the sun at 3pm. And the delivery boy told me that for my roure there was no night delivery. I had placed the order on the phone and was assured by the Ferns and Petals telephone assistance person that the delivery would be at 9pm. This is unacceptable. And this is the second time this is happening.

I had ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday and I received the worst possible flower bouquet in my life. It felt like the flower bouquet was stolen two weeks ago and was delivered today cause the conditions of those flowers were so dry and they were dead. The worst part is that the delivery executive had stepped on that bouquet and delivered with his footprints on the bouquet. I paid money for your product and services and it felt like your team is doing some charity here. I’m disappointed to say that this product and service is not even worth a single rupee.

I wish I could zero rating. I am not a person who give negative review in a public platform but I am doing this now because I don't anyone else to undergo what I went through. I had an event organised in my company and I ordered 30 Jade plants to be given to the employees. I placed the order made the payment everything was done, the plants were supposed to be delivered to me on the 22nd of March as my event was on 23rd. I get an email stating that the plants will be delivered on 23rd evening. Worst customer support, I call them, spoke with agent, supervisor and then the manager, no use. They give me the option to cancel the order. Worst experience. P

What was supposed to be a beautiful gesture turned into a disheartening ordeal, thanks to FNP’s lack of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The flowers, which arrived on time, became a symbol of disappointment as they wilted and turned stale less than a day after delivery. This rapid deterioration not only questioned the freshness of the products but also the integrity of the company that stands behind them. When I reached out to FNP, hoping for understanding and a resolution, I was met with a rigid adherence to a policy that seems designed more to protect FNP than to serve or respect their customers. According to them, any complaint lodged beyond a narrow 48-hour window post-delivery is considered void, a policy that is as unreasonable as it is indicative of their reluctance to address genuine customer grievances. The response from their customer service, while timely, was a hollow recitation of policy, lacking empathy or a genuine desire to rectify the issue. It was clear from this interaction that FNP values policies over people, and bureaucratic procedures over genuine customer satisfaction. This experience has been enlightening but for all the wrong reasons. It revealed a company that is unwilling to stand behind its products or to foster positive relationships with its customers. I strongly advise against using FNP for any occasion. There are numerous other services out there that value their customers and deliver quality products that bring joy, not disappointment. In conclusion, FNP has lost a customer in me, and I will make sure to share this dismal experience with anyone considering their services. It’s not just about the flowers that failed to last a day; it’s about a company that refuses to acknowledge and rectify their failings. Buyer beware. This review is straightforward and conveys the frustration and disappointment experienced, making it clear why future potential customers might want to reconsider before placing an order with FNP.

Surprised to see Im not alone. Very bad company. DO NOT BUY. Was disappointed twice, this fnp is a fraud and scam. The deliveryman is rude. The cakes are awful, lack of variety. The price is unreasonably expensive! May I ask, which confectionery shop dont give candles for cakes? Mind you, you have to pay for everything! The candles the cutlery. DO NOT BUY From them! You will regret!!!!!

THEY ARE FAKE AND FRAUD….!!! The service was deeply disappointing, and the team's competency in effective communication was lacking. Order anything only if you want to loose your money,even after 7 days my product hasn't been received, neither they are refunding, they will promise to solve the issue in 24to48hrs and so on.

Cake - spelling mistake and hideous handwriting Bouquet of flowers- card not attached only have the card stand. Seriously guys... Looks and feels cheapo. Not recommended. Costs $102, not expensive but not cheap either. Better options elsewhere for the prices they charge. Flowers and gifts are luxury items. We pay for the good craftsmanship, eye for detail and to create feel good moments. Please don't spoil people's happy occasions.

I paid $160 for a bouquet of flowers. They delivered wilted flowers. I raised the issue with them and requested a refund. They refused but offered me a small $30 coupon instead. I won't be shopping here anymore. They don't act in good faith.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the abysmal service I have received from your company. I placed an order for a birthday gift to be delivered to Srinagar, with the promised delivery date between 9 am to 9 pm on 15th Feb. It's currently 16th Feb, and the order has not been delivered. I have been diligently following up since morning, and the responses from your executives, especially Mr. Sanjeev Kumar (Supervisor) and Mr. Deepak Kumar (Manager) in the Gurgaon division, have been nothing short of unacceptable. Instead of providing a solution or actively addressing the issue, I have been met with cold and indifferent apologies. Furthermore, the excuse that you are unable to provide the contact details of the courier person is utterly ridiculous. My friend's birthday was on the 15th of Feb, and the estimated delivery date, as per your app (screenshot attached), was also 15th Feb. I placed a prepaid order with the expectation that it would be delivered on time. I demand an immediate and satisfactory resolution to this matter. The service provided by Ferns and Petals has been nothing short of pathetic, and the lack of accountability and urgency from your team is appalling. I insist that the courier be delivered today, and I expect to be compensated for the undue stress and inconvenience caused. If this matter is not addressed promptly and effectively, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue through social media and consumer rights platforms to bring attention to the unacceptable service standards of Ferns and Petals.

Ferns and Petals needs to get it together. If I had a chance to rate this company 0 stars I would. I placed an order for my anniversary and flowers were supposed to be delivered between 0800-1300 yet the flowers are still not here and it’s past 1500. I called FNP to see why my order has not arrived and the answer was I guess there was no driver your delivery time is now 1400-2000. I asked why I did not receive a call or an email so I could plan accordingly and of course she didn’t know. This place is horrible and their customer service is the worst I have experienced. If you consider using this company RUN and use another floral service.
