“They delivered a bouquet that I ordered for a very dear friend's birthday. Bouquet arrived looking blackish and not fresh at all.
When contacted, they claimed that it was fresh when it left their shop. Even the stems and the leaves were turning yellow on the edges and it is drying up too.”
“We ordered a cake frm them for an engagement ceremony at 9 am to be delivered frm 7am to 9pm. They said they attempted delivery at 7pm and then the delivery party could not be contacted and so delivery is not possible again. They gave me no proof of delivery and said that they will deliver the next day to the engagement hall....God knows to whom and they said i will not even get a refund.....terrible service ...spoilt our plan .....pls never order from them, they are making money from is without sending our orders.”

One of the worst services ever! Do not buy from these guy, not a company you can trust! In my case, they were supposed to deliver a birthday cake by 7:00 pm but at 7:30pm they call and say the cake got spoiled! Funny thing this is happening for the second time! It was very embarrassing as all the guest had arrived and I had to run to buy a cake!”
“Avoid at all costs. Ordered a gift box which supposed to have 'going xi fa cai' writing, but delivered something that is nothing like it. Asked why delivered wrong and the only reply I get is 'actual product may vary in shape and design'. I understand things can vary, but this is something totally different. Asked for refund, no response.”
“The worst experience I have ever had. I did not get a call during delivery but only got an email for attempted delivery and followed up over email with their support straight away asking them to place the flowers outside the door. I did not get a call or any reply to the email and the flowers were not delivered.
Since then I have emailed them 6 times and called them 8 times. No replies at all on email. Over call I get to know that they tried to deliver and will not refund any money. Despite not delivering, calling me, or following email instructions. I have now been on a call with them 8 times with the same reply they will call back the same day when they have looked at the case. They never call back. Still refusing to refund the money I am in shock over the bad service and hostage of the funds for these flowers. Never use them!!!”
“Terrible customer experience. I have ordered Birthday cake for my friend to be delivered mid night with extra SGD 15 for delivery charges However it didn't get delivered. I called them in the morning and reprentative gave some nasty excuses and at last it never got delivered, I paid SGD 80. Please get ready for surprises. Isays on there site 100% smile guaranteed however in real they give horrible experience. NO OWNERSHIP ..NO RESPONSIBILITY..NO EMPATHY FOR OTHERS FEELINGS”
“The orchids which I ordered were not of the same color, the website had dark blue orchid but they sent me crushed and of different blue shade. The message on the card seems to be printed by the printer, which was running short of ink. Very bad experience, not value for the money.”
“Received notification that my gift was delivered. My dad (recipient) did not get a call. He was home all day and no-one buzzed the apartment. FNP assured me that it was ‘left on doorstep’. Now I have no idea what has happened to the gift.
I asked for a refund but this was not even entertained by FNP, which for a large company, is very disappointing. I will not be using this service again.”

“Terrible customer service. Ordered over a $100 bouquet of flowers which were kept in a cool room with natural light but died within 3 days.
FNP took no responsibility in replacing them nor offering any compensation unlike rival florists such as xpressflower.com which has phenomenal customer service.
FNP regrettably have no interest in rectifying customer issues once raised after delivery.
Needless to say I could never recommend fnp.sg to anyone. Please do not use this florist!”
