“I know you were inundated with orders over Christmas but I was impressed that you delivered the box I ordered to my son and his wife, who had just had a baby, on Christmas eve in time for them to have some Christmas goodies. They loved the contents and I know how hard you worked to deliver ontime. Many thanks.”

“Bought as a gift for my daughter who takes a “boring” Packed lunch to school. (Grown up...a teacher)!, When she saw all the different items in the box it was a real pleasure to see. “Ordered two boxes of personalised chocolates, really pleased with them when they arrived. Arrived in good time for Christmas even in the middle of pandemic (well done). Very delicate and very pretty. Recipients were really happy with them especially as they were quite unique and personalised. Would definately use again for chocs with that little bit extra. I really appreciated the communication from BoroughBox letting me know about the challenges they faced with supply/demand on the run up to Christmas along with the reassurance that they were doing everything they could to fulfill my order.
