“Awesome La Raclette, ordered the standard plus an 18 months matured, as a Christmas gift. They were overjoyed and said it was even better than the ones they’d bought in France! Praise indeed as the recipient is from Provence. Delivered just before Christmas Eve too....so completely delight with the whole experience. Thank you!!!!”

“Great customer service. Initially I had a minor problem with my order (damaged spice pot). Mark responded almost instantly and the replacement was with me on the next working day. Bought the product as a gift so can’t vouch for taste, but smell and look is fantastic”

“I used BoroughBox for the first time this Christmas to send a parcel of cheese and charcuterie to my son. The website was very easy to use, with lots to choose from and everything looking so appetising. The product was dispatched by courier as soon as ordered. We were kept informed due to the lockdown and the enormous pressure just before Christmas. We thought it would be late, but it arrived before Christmas, delivered not by courier but in their own van by their own driver. So my son was able to enjoyed fully his "charcuterie" in time for Christmas. THANK YOU VERY MUCH BoroughBox.”

“Great product - bought as a Christmas gift and it went down very well! There were some issues with communication and delayed delivery times, but this was probably to be expected given the time of year and the effects on delivery schedule from the pandemic. In the end, it arrived before The Big Day, so that's all that counts, I suppose.”

“Ordered a box for my son and partner living in London for Christmas 2020.. from Canada. Left it a bit late December 16th. Couldn't chat with anyone at BoroughBox as they were so busy. Took a chance anyway. The Box showed up the day after New Years day. The notification on delivery was excellent. Best of all The BoroughBox supplied a great surprise of beer and snacks not tried before. Much appreciated. Highly recommended.”

“I bought 5 of the Cheese Hampers for Xmas gifts, they were really nicely packaged in the box and the contents were lovely. the cheeses especially. would recommend and would use again.”
