I’ve only experience of one seller, the superb Kent Crisps and Oils, but their service in response to orders placed through BoroughBox is excellent, with very rapid dispatch and excellent communication. An early issue I experienced with orders arriving in damaged packaging seems to have been fully resolved and they have now been arriving in perfect condition.”
