“Had a query to my boroughbox order and someone replied to my email almost immediately. The next day I had an email off boroughbox about an item unavailable so I replied and once again I received a reply back straight away. Fantastic customer service and my delivery arrived on the day specified.”

“What a fantastic service, so much choice and a well presented, easy to navigate website. I am living in South Africa now so it is great for me to be able to send gifts to my UK family this way and know they will be of quality and arrive when promised :) The gift was chocolate which went down very well and was apparently extremely delicious! “Ordered a gift from Chuckling Cheese through Boroughbox, had a bit of trouble receiving my order but both companies worked very hard to ensure I received it on time. On arrival I'm super pleased with the product, great looking gift and beautifully packaged. Highly recommend both companies and the quality of the goods they offer.”
