“Ordered a gift with plenty of time. After I had paid I was emailed to say the item was unavailable (although it had been available on site) but would be dispatched early the next week. Only it wasn’t, I waited several weeks for order to arrive so very disappointed”

“The items were well packaged and the pine box I ordered as an extra made the whole thing into a really nice present for my son. Unfortunately 2 items were missing from the order but upon contacting BoroughBox this was dealt with immediately with apologies and shipment of the goods which arrived the next day as promised. I always judge a company by the way they deal with any problems which arise and shall certainly be dealing with you again.”

“Ordered a box of a variety of milk chocolates supplied by Artchocolat for my speaker guest. The guest told me it was too beautiful to eat but she managed. They tasted so good and loved them all. With 13 flavours to choose from you won't be able to resist it. Highly recommended for special occasions.”

“Replacement items were poor, ended up with a packet of peanuts to replace luxury salted almonds and 2 bags of chicken skin as they had no pork scratchings in stock. Not worth the money.”

“I can only highly recommend BoroughBox for their prompt same-day delivery of special treats to my daughter during a spell in hospital, and a larger, healthful and delicious collection of goodies on her arrival back home. Their website was easy to use, their messaging reassuring (ordered by worried Mum in France), and I shall certainly use them again.”
