There are real people behind the contact numbers and i have always found them helpful in sorting out any problems. The system works well, from an administrator point of view aswell as the learner. Straightforward password access, easy to generate certificates and reasonable prices. I am very happy to use this facility to help train our team in food hygiene knowledge.”

I did find it very slow to change screen which slowed things down compared to other online training I have completed on the same computer. Overall good value for money.”
