“Liars Offer a delivery date then move it back by almost a month after taking the cash at the point of order. Very poor response (if any). Thankfully EBay are dealing with their shoddy behaviour. Clearly they sell product they do not have in stock but take you money as they know delivery timescales are important but they don’t have the resources to hold the stock (cash or space). What also infuriating is that they advised delivery in 5 working days and had the cheek to advise that, 3 days after order, the item had been dispatched, due 2 days later. Then they advise it’ll be a further 4 weeks!!!! - after it’s being dispatched??? What, are they carrying it up the M6??? Clowns, the lot of them and not even funny ones. Avoid this lot unless you like westerns as they are total cowboys!”

“Blocked the road so no traffic could pass until they had finished a lengthily unload of items for the customer. Had to turn car off it took so long.”

“Absolutely sick of getting no where with this company. Ordered a shed for their delivery drivers to just plank it outside with no notification when I was away for the week. The shed was outside getting ruined for days before I even knew it was there. Looking at the shed some of the wood was split and there was some water damage. I tried to build the shed to see if we could still make use of it and obviously it can not go together properly due to the issues I said. The roof protection was also massively broken and provides no protection the shed at all. I’ve been back and forth, back and forth for months now and still not resolved. Communication is awful and seems to be going to the extreme to avoid replacement or refund. Finally spoken to someone last week that said they would come pick up the shed and then issue a refund. Which is all fine and well but I am away until the middle of April which they got told. For someone to come today on the 8th of March and not only do they come today but they stand and are rude to my sister who is watching my house for me. Actually stood there arguing with her. She had to close the door in his face so he would go away. This is unacceptable. When are you actually going to fix my issue instead of sending round strange men to argue with women at my door. Would this be the same person who just dumped the shed in the first place. Isn’t it about time you actually did something? Maybe care about your customers perhaps!”

“Do not buy from this company. Our shed is swarming with black mold because the coating they ensured us had been applied has clearly not been applied. We have had this shed for TWO MONTHS and it smells disgusting. The ceiling is totally damp and the company doesn't want to know. The customer service for this issue is patronising to say the least. They have outlined what black mold is, as if I don't already know. If I could turn back time and go elsewhere for a shed, I'd do it in a heartbeat. AVOID.”

“Build quality is really poor, nails sticking out, rusty nails in the timber and the timber quality is poor. Structural elements have split where there is a knot in the wood across the whole of the beam. These sheds are not worth the money.”

“Don’t waste your time for that company. Send bike shed with broken panels, missing parts, bend parts. They take ages to replay to you. They not interesting to fixed them fault. Waiting a month and now they want to give me money back but I have to send shed back which gone be expensive. They are horrible company and very rude customer service.”

“Terrible shed. Timber cracked in several places where nail gun has broken the wood. There were huge gaps and warping in several panels. It rained the day after I put it up. Despite the felt being poor quality. It did it's job but every panel was soaked through on the inside as was the floor. I rang forest who said " we can't guarantee the shed's will be waterproof". It is not fit for purpose by any stretch of the imagination. Do not buy your shed from here.”

“If only I had read these reviews before I ordered! Don't get the 'professional' to install your shed. He did such an awful job and there was no offer of anything being rectified. Just basically, tough luck! AWFUL”

“I was so shocked to read these reviews as my experience could not have been more different. I bought a fantastic Venetian Arbour. Had a handyman to put it up in less than 4 hours. I couldn't have done it by myself as this is a sturdy, professional finish item. It is amazing and worth every penny. The company had perfect communication, super-fast delivery and the delivery driver was a blast from the past. Helped me take the parts through to the back garden and was friendly, polite and professional. The whole experience was faultless and now I can sit with a mug of tea watching the birds come rain or shine. One very happy customer!”

“Ordered a shed on the basis of a 15 year guarantee and as I now know, dubious reviews seen elsewhere, in practice what we received wouldn't have latest 15 days! Positively the worst quality imaginable, and quite why Forest Gardens think it is acceptable to ship complete rubbish is beyond me. Either their quality control is non-existent, or FG are providing jobs for the visually impaired! I feel desperately sorry for anyone who orders a shed in good faith and receive in return something that is only fit for firewood. The upside and to their credit, FG agreed and honoured a full and complete refund. Nonetheless, something of a frustrating experience and now having to wait for a replacement (from another company) to be delivered in September.”

“Like earlier reviewers, I would NEVER buy from this company again. To say the wood is flimsy and only fit for firewood is an understatement. Warped panels, loads of nails not hammered in, huge gaps at the corners and at roof and floor level. Had to go and buy more/longer screws, wood lengths to seal gaps and 3 tubes of sealant to seal at roof and floor level. In 40 years we have never bought a worse shed, and we have bought quite a few. Feel completely ripped off and would have returned but a new summerhouse was being fitted adjacent to the shed a few days later. Our recommendation- STEER CLEAR of this company!!!”

“I bought a picnic table from this company via Argos, once they delivered the item, the surface has big scratch and lots of green moulds all over the table, request the return after ten days they collected, and since they collected I haven't heard anything from them, obviously I'm keep calling Argos to get my refund but still waiting, it's 31 days since I purchased and still not heard from the, AVOID this SCAMMER.”

“Don’t waste huge money. Shed arrived buckled door which has a big gap around it so doesnt protect against elements Buckled side. Gaps in slats and all over. Poorly made Only good for firewood and not sure if it good enough for that. Worst customer services ever. Buy local”

“Ordered a shed from here as it was cheaper but 1st delivery was cancelled and I was only notified on the morning of the day that the driver had exceeded the amount of hours they are allowed to drive. 2nd delivery was cancelled by company (not sure why). 3rd time delivered but item was damaged and did not come with the assemble kit. 4th time delivered. I had to go out and buy smaller hinges as the ones provided were too big and was told that it is the correct size. I am definitely not shopping here again. I would rather have spent the extra £20 to save the bother.”

“Let me just start by saying, I’m not sure what delivery drivers others had on here, but it definitely couldn’t of been manni! manni was extremely respectful of our property, courteous and polite! He went the extra mile to help arrange the wood in a neat organised order so my partner would be able to see what was what when he gets home from work. Haven’t had a chance to properly inspect all of the parts delivered, but so far so good. Im just happy that delivery time was quick and well scheduled and our delivery driver was by far the best! A credit to the company :) top marks from us”

“Very terrible delivery experience. The driver was rude and non cooperative - left all the stuff outside on the letter box and didn’t even help with moving inside the main gate, or just help keep the door open. Neighbours are not happy about it. These are heavy flatboards and several of them I have to now move them one by one. Most awful delivery experience I’ve ever had.”

“One of my regrets is l didn't read previous customer reviews. I will say that l feel cheated by the Forest sheds blurb stating that the sheds are of robust construction and quality. To put it succinctly the shed l purchased is made of the thinest cheapest wood, full of split knots and actualy rotten on one panel. The roof and the metal supports are not fit for purpose which in turn is supported by a flimsy timber frame which shakes in a strong wind. Some of the actual wood laps are so twisted you can actually get you fingers in between them, resulting in the shed, after one down pour, being soaking wet on the insiďe. I am further concerned that it may collapse in a storm Frustratingly l have had to spend a further amount of money..just to make it safe and weather proof In summary. This company is selling a substandard product and should he avoided”
