“I sent my family birthday recording in on a phillips tape to be digitized. I get back a tottaly useless digital format ****.CDA I can't copy this file and can not share with the grandkids. What a great frustration.”

Ronald, you're right, and I'm sorry. A .CDA isn't really a file at all. It's just a pointer that Windows shows for tracks on an audio CD, so there's nothing there to copy or send to your grandkids. That should never have gone out as your deliverable. The good news is the audio itself is fine, and this is quick to fix. We can send you proper MP3 or WAV files you can email, copy, and keep. Please reach me at care@foreverstudios.com or 561.235.7808, reference order 243075, and I'll get it sorted personally. — Greg, General Manager

“The team at Forever Studios was great to work with! I was slightly anxious to be shipping family memories, but the staff stayed in contact, letting me know the progress all along the way, and completed 22 videos in just over a month. Very pleased with the quality and will definitely be sending more VHS tapes their way for conversion.”

“Thanks Forever Studios. Our VHS tapes transferred to CD and USB were amazing. The VHS tapes were from 1989 thru 1994. The copies were all great and allow us to view cherished memories we thought were all gone. Process to order and ship was easy and straight forward. Thanks again for quality work.”

“I've been so blown away by Forever Studios work. I had them restore some old photos, and the price was much lower than what I've paid locally; the turnaround was phenomenally fast—just 2 days —and they produced high-quality restorations. They passed my test. I'm sending more photos for restoration this week.”

“Forever Studios far exceeded my expectations. This was my second time using Forever Studios. Working with Casey and Olivia on my most recent project was a great experience; they were pleasant and professional. Olivia, in one day, had a recreation of a 1913 photo of my grandmother as a baby being held by my great-grandmother. Highly recommend you trust this company with your photos, believe you will be extremely satisfied with the results.”
