“Driving home I kept hearing commercials on the radio from Legacy Box. As Costco stopped offering their video transfer service I thought I'd give them a try. I read the reviews and Legacy Box received pretty decent reviews; so off my old tapes went. What a mistake that was. Legacy Box messed up half of my tapes. I sent them 12 tapes and got 11 DVDs back, so right off the bat something wasn't right. I went through the DVDs that I received to try to figure out which one was missing. In the process, I found that not only was a DVD missing but some of the DVDs that I did receive were blank while others were duplicates. In the end, Legacy Box failed to copy 5 of the tapes that I sent to them. Imagine if they sent me 12 DVDs to begin with and I didn't watch them right away. I might not have caught any of their errors. Oh, and I don't want to forget to mention that it took 4 months to get my order back. Of course I contacted Legacy Box about their errors and they eventually refunded my money for the 5 missing DVDs but that also took a while as they would take days to respond to me between e-mails. They did offer to redo the 5 tapes that they failed to do but these are precious memories and I wasn't about to give them a second chance. However, I didn't know who else to trust. Luckily, I stumbled across Forever Studios. What a pleasure it was working with Forever Studios. They were a little cheaper than Legacy Box but, more importantly, they got it all right the first time and so much faster. I had my converted tapes to DVDs back to me in about 3 weeks. I e-mailed them once or twice during the process and received replies immediately. I will use Forever Studios again and I highly recommend them to anyone out there.”

“Forever Studios did a great job providing me with a flash drive of a cassette of music two of my brother-in-laws produced years ago. Communication as the process went along was very good. Sending the original cassette couldn't have been easier with the prepaid mailer. Thank you for the service.”

“I had an old photo that was blurry, the coloration was not right, and part of the picture was cut off. Thanks to the “happiness guarantee,” we went back and forth with many revisions, and in the end, the picture came out perfectly! It made a wonderful gift for my family!”

“My experience with Forever Studios was outstanding. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. The people that work there are experienced, professional, and I was delighted with the outcome. I brought in over 20 wheels of super eight movie film and over 300 slides to be put on a flash drive. It was beyond my expectations.”

“Forever Studios took a 66-year-old bent, distorted, black and white photo and made it look as if it was taken yesterday. They added the proper coloring where it would look the best, and it does. This picture is the only picture this person has of herself as a baby. Thank you.”

“The generation before ours had only black and white film available; so when my husband and I came across an old black and white photo of his parents from 1941, I decided to surprise him and have it enlarged to 5” x 7” and have copies made in color. I found Forever Studios online and decided to give them a try. From start to finish, my experience was very pleasant, the cost was fair and reasonable, and the staff was very knowledgeable and patient. After several revisions, I showed my husband the final revision to get his approval. He was totally blown away! The colors made his parents come to life before his eyes. We gave one copy to our daughter, and she too was very impressed and pleased. We have another black and white photo of his parents that we’re planning to send to Forever Studios for the same outcome, and we’re confident it will turn out as beautifully as the first.”
