Totally misleading website. Clearly states regular plan followed by 'OR ONE OFF GIFT FOR SOMEONE' . Jack on the phone told me no I was wrong and the website is perfectly clear. Thanks Jack as long as you say so. After receiving her first box my friend then got my 'subscribed flowers' the next day. I didn't have an email to say this was the case or I was signed up to anything? I had an email to say I had done what I Intended and bought one set of flowers. THIS IS MISLEADING. 'out of generosity ' (after forking out £25 I didn't authorise) the company gave me half my money back and forget it guys of you actually want the flowers you've now given to someone else and paid double for, then they won't even redeliver them to the right address!! Have a good look at your website. Automatically being signed up to something when it clearly says 'one off gift' is a con. I hope you can update your website and save other people this hassle.

Shocking customer service - 1st bunch were lifeless literally dropping and did not last even 6 days. Promised a review by their quality - yes you guessed no review. They encouraged me to take the 2nd delivery which on literature says will be delivered in the morning on Fridays - it is now 3.30pm still no flowers asked to cancel and get a refund refused!. These flowers will have been out of water for more than half a day - I have now canelled my account and will be £25 out of pocket I have no words. Dreadful company.

I ordered a trial free bunch of flowers which did not arrive. 4 days after emailing to let them know, I received a call from Callum who told me the flowers had not been sent as I hadn’t placed an order. I let him know that the order confirmation email and what was displaying on my account clearly proved this was not the case and that I wanted to cancel my account in view of the poor service. Callum proceeded to ask what I felt was poor!! I have no words. Dreadful company.

Got a free flowers card from my mother. At NO point following this card did it say how much, how often or that it was a repeated delivery. Put in card details as once again it didnt say I would be charged or how much and many account make you log details without charging. Had to search the website to discover it was EVERY week and £24. My mother had been offered two bouquets at half price but also had no knowledge it was a subscription. Be careful what you sign up for! Response to email about this and cancelling account simply said they cancelled it but nothing in regards to misleading advertising.

Great idea but after 3 months of repeated problems that repeat and don't get resolved - missed deliveries - random deliveries with wasted flowers since I was away - multiple payments drawn amounting to £144 miss billed and now quarrelling to get monies refunded - no apology and no December flowers for Christmas I have to part company with their subscription service .....it doesn't work.

My first flowers were sent free to see if I liked them. The flowers arrived on time but when opened 2 out of 5 flowers were damaged and writhing. I then decided to cancel but have had no replies to my email. Freddie’s Flowers then decided to ask my card (which I had frozen) 12 times for the money that was not owed to them. No replies to my email so far.

Absolutely Shocking!! I signed up last Tuesday 12th November with my first delivery for my wife confirmed by Freddie's Flowers for the 15th November. Absolutely nothing turned up and there was no contact from either Freddie's Flowers or the delivery company. I sent an email to them on the Saturday and then followed up again on the Monday and received absolutely zero response. I then phoned twice on Wednesday 20th and eventually got through to someone. They looked at the system which said that it was still with the driver 5 days later!! I asked why I hadn't had a response and they stated that they have had a lot of emails and have been to busy to even read my email! This is absolutely shocking for an online company that's business relies on new customers, happy customers to introduce their services to friends and family and ultimately a strong delivery service. I was offered an apology and a delivery the next day which in itself was dumb given that would be the day before my supposed next weekly delivery!! Quite frankly the person on the phone didn't give a hoot and failed to take my complaint seriously. It does seem that these days companies take no responsibility for their errors and simply couldn't care less!

Don’t sign up for this. I signed up at the Craft Show in Birmingham. The flowers looked gorgeous and the guy explaining how it works was ace. However, I didn’t receive my first bunch of flowers on the date agreed - just in time for my birthday! I phoned them to ask where they were and the customer service was awful. Firstly, I was told that I was wrong about the date - I wasn’t. It was still on my calendar on my account page! Amber did say sorry, then admitted they’d been a glitch on their website. Something about a new website being set up. Anyway, Amber failed to reassure me that this wouldn’t happen again and offered no form of compensation to keep me as a customer when I asked her to close my account. I questioned her customer service skills and said goodbye. Since the telephone conversation I have received an email offering me a free bunch of flowers - too little too late I’m afraid. Previous to my expected delivery date, I’d posted a question on their Facebook page. This was deleted twice and on the third occasion was answered. I really wouldn’t waste your energy or money with this company.

I have never ever been so disgusted by the response of a guy called Ewen basically we were supposed to be up at 5am waiting for our flowers??? They were thrown over our electric gates apparently I think the guard dogs probably ate them !!!!! No flowers and told we were ridiculous and talking too loud and then put the phone down after telling not to bother!!! I am a CEO which makes no difference but I am shocked never ever use them he told me 39000 deliveries and we should be grateful👿

Another subscription service that makes it near impossible to cancel, will ignore your emails, and deliver using a rubbish courier who invites himself onto your property despite you requesting delivery to a neighbour, leaving the cardboard box outside to go soggy and the flowers wilt. Please don't waste your money. Go to a more established company like Bloom and Wild who offer letterbox flowers, or better yet use a local florist and put some money into your high street.

I really don’t like to leave a bad review as the one bunch of flowers that did make it to me stunning. Just stunning. HOWEVER. For the last two weeks (this would have been my second delivery from Freddie’s) have not made it to me. They have been delivered BUT not to me. The kind people at Freddie’s have emailed me photos of the back garden where the flowery have been delivered. It’s not my house. And this has happened twice now. Both same house!!! How on earth can it be got so wrong two weeks running. I’ve emailed pictures of my back garden ali g with filling in the drivers instructions giving comprehensive details about my garden. This is the FUNDAMENTAL part of the business DELIVERING the flowers!!! I’m staggered that it’s happened again. Sorry Freddie’s flowers but I’m really disappointed. I’ve been so looking forward to my flowers. Ok your sending more out tomorrow via a courier, but that’s not the point. Last week I had to leave it as the earliest you could deliver was Wednesday and I was away from Friday. Please get it right next week or you are loosing a customer

They did not make me happy. The flowers on two occasions were dropping. The then proceeded to continue to charge me rather than reimburse me. They are run by some inexperienced and arrogant people who really don't give a stuff about customer PR. Amateurs in every respect.

Signed up thinking the flowers looked lovely - however they failed to deliver the flowers as promised blaming their partner Royal Mail saying had it been one of their own drivers they would have got there on time. The person I spoke to seemed very blasé about me cancelling the account before I'd even received my first box and then asked if I wanted to be refunded for the flowers that I hadn't received!! Not much idea of customer service. Sorry to have to give a very poor review to what I thought was an exciting new young business. Looks like Interflora for me sadly.
