“I first went to their website and saw a lot of great healthy content. I read loads of information on Kombucha and purchased the "Jun Scoby". It was delivered in a safe package and I have been making Kombucha with Green Tea for a while now and the health benefits are amazing. Never felt so live. The website Freshly Fermented has a ton of information. Jay”

“Tried so often with fermented foods unsuccessfully obviously been given naff products. So glad I’ve found Freshly Fermented everything has been a success bought the Gut Box you cannot imagine the excitement I felt when my Scoby had a baby yay!! (Haven’t been out for a while!!). Definitely recommend you guys and yes will be buying more.”

“Ordered twice from this company. Great service. Have had 3 heirloom yoghurt cultures now. One I allowed to die out after over 9 months of constant use. The second one I didn’t use right away and I actually froze the freeze dried cultures for 18 months, never believed they would reactivate after all that time but they did! Just received my 3rd culture and have used it 10 times already. Absolutely fantastic to have fresh yoghurt a few times a week, I make it for my friends and family too. I like to make a big 2 litre batch and strain it overnight to make yoghurt of such a thickness that you would never see it in a store.”

“Jun Tea Scoby delivered quickly and well packed. The instructions were clear and precise on the website, but I had a few questions as I had not made Jun Tea before and the fermenrtation time and process is different from Kombucha. My questions were answered quickly and the company were most helpful. I'm on my 4th batch of Jun Tea now and the Scoby has produced a baby one, so I'm happy with the quality.”

“These are really great because they are freeze dried, so keep for ages and are also organic. The service was efficient and the online supporting information is excellent. I didn’t realise that sometimes a new culture can take longer to ‘set’ then usual and actually wasted one and recoiled the milk because I thought it hadn’t worked. When it didn’t work with another new packet I added a couple more hours onto the timer - then it did work. They now just keep going and are delicious - I really like the creamier Beijing culture to have with stewed fruit or just with honey.”

“Ordered some originally for my Dad who has been struggling with his starter. He was very pleased so placed an order for myself last week. Order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Followed instructions re feeding and it was back to full strength in two days. Used the discard to make some sourdough waffles. Looking forward to trying some of the other products on the site.”
