“The 5gm of milk kefir grains arrived well packaged in the timeframe stated in the email. The instructions in the website are clear and detailed. I have re-activated the grains with goat milk and production is proceeding as described in the instructions.”

“I bought a ‘Misfit’ Kombucha scoby starter kit for my first attempt to make Kombucha, so didn’t know what to expect. I followed the instructions carefully and the resulting drink was lovely. Adding ginger as recommended was delicious. I was concerned that the scoby seemed very fragile and disintegrated slightly, but on making an enquiry to Freshly Fermented, has a prompt response to explain that this is just yeast strains and a normal part of the process, so nothing to worry about.”

“Such a lovely company- great products & excellent customer service (thankyou Wesley!) Friendliest people to deal with & very efficient too. It's a gift to have the time to devote to making ginger beer, turmeric bug and sourdough starter. Becoming more self-sufficient is a rewarding thing to do. I've had great results so far.”

“Minor problem with my first batch of yogurt but they fixed it immediately. Since then I’ve made seven or eight generations of yogurt and skyr without a problem. Fantastic results, wish I’d taken it up years ago!”
