“Minor problem with my first batch of yogurt but they fixed it immediately. Since then I’ve made seven or eight generations of yogurt and skyr without a problem. Fantastic results, wish I’d taken it up years ago!”

“It worked as in the instructions. It took couple of days to activate the grain then about 24 hours to make a glass of kefir. I have been using it for close to two weeks and it gets faster each time. Definitely a good investment if you like kefir.”

“The packs of rye sourdough starter arrived promptly. Have been busy and not used them yet. Am keeping them in the fridge. I really need a basic recipe, but will find one on line soon enough I expect. Am greatly looking forward to making some loaves.”

“My products arrived swiftly and carefully packaged, just enough to protect them and go through the letterbox. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. We have already enjoyed bread using the sourdough starter and now I have started the filmjolk. I had some initial problems to get the filmjolk started due to the cooler weather but was quickly reassured via email and given further info. Brilliant!!!!”
